At Jeff Hamilton Shop, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and authentication certificates attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original luxury packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the original packing slip.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
